Core Commitments

Review Manager helps business owners draft and send replies to genuine Google reviews. Users must have verified authority over connected profiles, must review and approve all replies prior to submission, and must never engage in review manipulation.

1. Profile Authority and Authorization

By connecting a Google Business Profile to Review Manager, you represent and warrant that you are the business owner or an authorized administrator with legal authority to manage and publish responses on behalf of that business listing.

2. User Responsibility for Published Replies

You bear full responsibility for all responses published from your account to your Google Business Profile. While Review Manager assists in generating suggested response text, the final decision to publish, edit, or decline any reply rests entirely with you.

3. AI Drafts and Accuracy Disclaimer

Review Manager uses artificial intelligence to generate draft reply suggestions. These drafts are provided solely as administrative suggestions:

We do not guarantee that AI drafts are free from errors, omissions, or factual misstatements regarding your business operations.
You must review, verify, and approve every reply before it is sent to Google.
Review Manager does not post replies automatically without explicit owner approval.

4. Mandatory Human Approval

Our service strictly operates on a "human-in-the-loop" model. You agree that you will not bypass the review process or use automated scripts to auto-submit AI drafts without review.

5. Prohibited Uses & Zero Manipulation

You agree not to use Review Manager to:

Create, purchase, incentivize, or manipulate customer reviews or star ratings.
Generate deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent responses.
Post automated spam or unlawful promotional links in review responses.
Violate Google’s official Business Profile Policies or third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted uptime.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Review Manager immediately if you violate these Terms, abuse API access, or engage in prohibited review manipulation practices.
